me, the procrastinator and birthdays

I feel like I've wasted the whole day.

I did nothing but watch loads and loads of Travel & Living with my Mom. She fell asleep while watching Oliver's Twist and Superhomes. Whaat only, Mother!

So much for me lugging home so many sets of worksheets thinking "OH! Can mark all this on Tuesday!" Now I have to lug it back to school tomorrow, unmarked.

I gave myself a treat last night. I did not study. I did not mark. I did not do anything at all.

Sidetracking a bit here. My best friend's sooo unsweet.

I know what I want for my birthday ready. Are you willing to buy it for me? Hahahaha.

See. We've made a pact. We are finally get each other birthday presents this year onwards. Never too late, they say. The last time I got her a gift was for her 20th. A pair of $27.90 earrings from Holland Village which I'm sure she has lost by now. Cheapo, I know. She, on the other hand, got me a card and a bracelet that was too big for me from The Island Shop.

Here's what she wrote on the card.

Happy Belated 20th birthday. Hope you enjoyed your bdae this year. A little disappointing that we had not spend it together. Nonetheless, I bought a little something for you. Hope you like it. Best wishes and may you live happily ever after. :> Love you.

Like I was saying, I've been a bum today. Gotta do something productive right now! Then again, I have to wake up at 6 tomorrow.
