After reading Mira's entry, I feel inspired to blog about... kids.
Honestly, I have never had an affinity with kids until I started teaching. It has been an eye-opener, a true learning process. When I first started, I was impatient. It took time and though I'm still learning, I finally figure that every kid is different and special in his/her own way and everyone of them has to be dealt with differently.
There are the rowdy ones, the quiet ones, the ones who make your day just by saying how pretty you look (LOL), the eager-to-please ones, the ones who look at you with such open admiration, the overly-excited ones, the ones who notice every single thing about you, the capable ones, the responsible ones, the ones who have a love for the loo and so many more.
Their innocence can sometimes take me off guard and I revel in the knowledge that they have not been tainted by life's painful experiences.
When I say I love them, I really do.
A pupil handed me her handbook today with a note written by her Mom and I was addressed as Mdm Janna. HAHAHAHAHA. Not that I mind. -_-
I can't wait for the meet-the-parents session. Heehee!

It has been really trying, juggling school and work. I cannot wait(again) for the end of term or rather, this Saturday actually. It has been busy, busy, busy till the point of me neglecting the most important girl in my life, my best friend.
I promise you 3 hour long late night conversations, reading by the river and book shopping next week, ok Doh? :)))

Sometimes I wonder how I'm really doing with all the stuff that's been going on and everytime I'm asked How?, I'll always give the same reply.
Emotional support from family and friends, optimism, faith and... God.I'll We'll pull through. I promise you.
