It seems like yesterday that you asked me for my number. That day was the starting point of a beautiful friendship. We saw each other through puppy loves and heartbreaks. We had our occasional fights and we had days when the leaves would fall just for us, when love songs would play when we are together. I will always remember how you'd fight off cats for me knowing how scared I am of them. I will always look back on how you would always stand up for me. I love it when you always try to understand even if I refuse to see sense. There have been periods of time when we'd take each other for granted and we'd drift apart but you are and will always be the girl whom I run back to. Another year has gone by and you are still an integral part of my life. So important you are to me that I fail to see a day without you.
