chatterings of an extremely tired girl

before i lose my mood to blog and when things are still fresh in my memory, i shall tell you how i spent my saturday, a day unlike any other.

the best friend and i spent 13 hours together and we yakked and yakked and yakked like we have never yakked before.

the day started off with her picking me up from my house, waiting for me to get ready for ahem, school. haha. i can't go into detail stuffs that happened the next two hours but i can tell you it involved a traffic light. HEHE. a trip to bbdc and admiralty later, we were off to town to watch a movie which had her sobbing and me, tearing. we are very emotional people if i might say so myself.

it was followed by SHOPPING. retail therapy might not do miracles but it does help. and we have this tendency to spend impulsively and frivolously at times.2 bags, 2 pants, a pair of slippers, a bottle of perfume and 4 books later, we made our way to esplanade to catch the fireworks. city hall was packed to the max with strange looking people who gave us weird stares because we were holding hands not just while crossing the roads. yes, we are very touchy people.

the fireworks display was AWESOME. the finale was so spectacular that the best friend was controlling her tears, i think. HAHA. and again yes, we were hugging each other while watching the fireworks. it was followed by a chat at raffles place and of course, we would never miss the chance of being driven home. hence, we ended up giggling helplessly at my lil cousin's antics.

oh. we have a new song. "... once in your life you find someone who can turn your life around...."

unexpected things do happen. don't you think? they can bring you up and sometimes right back to where you first started. but at the end of the day, i just wanna be happy.

can you be the one to make my day?
